His practice focuses on the structuring and negotiation of corporate transactions, strategic agreements, acquisitions, joint ventures, and highly complex contracts, both domestically and internationally.

He is a founding partner of Coraza Legal, a firm recognized as a leader in the legal sector for its technical, multidisciplinary approach and commitment to excellence. Currently, he is part of the management team at Aznar & Chamorro, where he leads cross-functional legal projects and advisory strategies for companies and individuals in highly regulated and dynamic sectors.
